Nickel Blades Skating Club

The Nickel Blades Skating Club is a not-for profit, organization that is fully sanctioned by Skate Canada, the national governing body for figure skating in Canada. Our club is run by a dedicated group of volunteers from our community and has been operating since 2003.

Our programs offer young people an important foundation in Canada’s favourite pastime, ice skating. This includes figure skating, hockey or recreational skating. Our programs also offer each of our members an opportunity to learn and exemplify good sportsmanship, competitive spirit and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. All in all, we believe that what we offer our members - important life skills - extends well beyond the ice and into our community.
